Lifeguarding Review
The purpose of this course is to help participants achieve recertification in Lifeguard Training without having to take the full content course. This review course includes First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Waterfront Lifeguarding (Module)
The purpose of the Waterfront Skills module is to teach lifeguards the skills and knowledge needed to prevent and respond to emergencies in nonsurf, open-water areas found at public parks, resorts, summer camps and campgrounds. Please note: participants must have a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification in order to take this course.

Safety Training For Swimming Coaches
The purpose of the Safety Training for Swim Coaches course is to teach those involved in competitive swimming, including coaches, officials, athletic trainers and aquatic exercise trainers, how to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for swimmers, prevent accidents and emergencies, and respond to swimmers with illnesses or injuries in water or on land. This program is offered in a blended learning format.

Pool Activity Leader (PAL)
The purpose of this American Red Cross course is to provide an alternative to having mandated lifeguard staff during camp trips where there will be swimming and aquatic activities at already guarded facilities by providing training to trip leaders which includes portions of the American Red Cross Basic Water Rescue, Waterfront Lifeguarding, and Lifeguard Management curriculum.
